The offering
Our Posh Foods range delivers a premium mix of ready-made bakery favourites designed for both convenience and quality. The range features a strong selection of gourmet pies in classic and modern flavours, alongside artisan sausage rolls with fillings like spinach & feta, pumpkin & ricotta, chorizo and beef.
This is supported by a versatile quiche range, available in both individual and family sizes, as well as a popular cocktail line of bite-sized savoury options including filo parcels, mini quiches and cocktail rolls, ideal for entertaining or grab-and-go occasions.
To round out the offer, the range includes café-style treats and specialty items that drive impulse sales, including cheesecakes, slices, muffins and cookies, with a strong selection of gluten-free and vegan-friendly options.
Premium pâtés and larger family-style meals such as lasagnes and savoury slices further expand the range, ensuring stores can cater for everything from quick snacks to full meal solutions and entertaining needs.
Ordering
Stores can easily order from Island Fresh Produce via MyFoodLink. All orders must be submitted by 11am each Thursday to be included in the following week’s delivery cycle.
Products are then delivered directly to stores the following Thursday or Friday, ensuring a consistent weekly supply of fresh, ready-to-sell stock.
Merchandising
Posh Foods products are supplied loose and are primarily designed to be sold through a service deli or hot box offering, allowing stores flexibility in presentation and pricing.
For stores looking for a retail-ready solution, there are 12 core lines supported by product labels and packaging, which can be purchased through IFP. This provides an easy option for chilled grab-and-go merchandising while maintaining a professional presentation. More info here.
