New Season Potatoes will be arriving this week in Bismark and Pink Eye variety. They will certainly grab your customer’s eye. Bismark’s are a great all-round potato variety with a creamy skin and purple eyes. Pink Eye’s are a waxy variety with creamy yellow skin and a distinctive pink/purple blush around the "eyes". A favourite in Tasmania with a nutty flavour, making them versatile for cooking methods like boiling, baking and steaming.

1.5kg Red Apple bags and 1kg Mandarins nets are available and perfect for those back to school lunch boxes and afternoon snacks.

Australian Asparagus season is now underway. Excellent quality stalks that are great for use in a number of ways. Holding up well in the cooking process, they are best stored away from airflow in refrigeration cabinets,
