IFP Market Update - Nov 6

Fresh from the market this week

With summer approaching, we're starting to see some great seasonal lines arriving. Calypso mangoes are now in stock, early-season stone fruit is underway, and there's plenty of variety available across the markets.

Take a look at what's new, what's in season and a few specialty lines you can add to your fresh produce offer this week.

Calypso Mangoes Have Arrived

Calypso mangoes from Katherine in the Northern Territory are now in stock.

Sweet, juicy and deliciously smooth, Calypso mangoes have a firm flesh that's easy to cut and holds its shape well. Perfect for breakfast, salads, desserts or simply enjoyed fresh.

Early Season Stone Fruit

Yellow and White Nectarines have arrived, with early-season fruit now available in a 57mm size. Both are popular snacking options and are also ideal for cooking and baking.

Yellow Nectarines

White Peaches have also arrived. With creamy yellow skin, a rosy blush and sweet white flesh, they're another welcome addition to the early stone-fruit season.

Storage tip: Nectarines and peaches are best stored at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
